1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions of Use ("TCU") govern the use of our website and the booking of team-building activities through our platform. By using our site and booking activities, you agree to comply with these TCU. 
2. Definitions
   • User: Any individual or entity that uses our site to book team-building activities. Activity: A team-building service or experience offered and booked through our site.
   • Activity: A team-building service or experience offered and booked through our site.
   • Partner: An associated company that provides team-building activities through our site.
3. Booking activities 3.1 Booking process: To book an activity, select the desired activity, fill in the required details, and follow the booking process on our site. 3.2 Confirmation: The booking will be considered confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. This email will include the details of the activity and any other relevant information.
4. Payments 4.1 Prices: The prices of activities are displayed on our site and are subject to change. The applicable prices are those shown at the time of booking. 4.2 Payment methods : We accept the payment methods indicated on the site. Payments will be processed through a secure payment gateway. 4.3 Modifications and Cancellations:
   • Booking modifications: Requests to modify a booking (such as changes to the date, time, or number of participants) must be made at least 14 days before the date of the activity. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. To request a modification, please contact our customer service at contact@speelsbury.com.
   • Cancellations by the user: If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 14 days prior to the activity date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the activity will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the reservation. If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the activity, the cancellation fee will increase to 80% of the total cost of the reservation.
   • Partner cancellations: If the Partner cancels the activity, we will offer you the option to reschedule the activity or receive a full refund. 4.4 Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
5. Responsabilities 5.1 Our responsability: We act as intermediaries to connect Users with Partners. We are not responsible for the quality or execution of the activities carried out by the Partners. However, we strive to regularly participate in the activities we offer to ensure a good quality experience for our Users. 5.2 User responsability: The User is responsible for adhering to the Partner's policies and any applicable regulations during the activity. We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from disrespectful participation in the activity regulations. 5.3 No liability in case of accidents: Speelsbury does not assume any responsibility for accidents or issues that may occur during an activity. Responsibility for any accidents or issues will be entirely borne by the company conducting the activity. Speelsbury will ensure that the company performing the activity has valid insurance coverage for the activity.
6. Data protection 6.1 Privacy: Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations (General Data Protection Regulation). 6.2 Protection of Participants' Data: The Partner is committed to protecting participants' personal data and ensuring that such data is treated confidentially and securely. 6.3 Subcontractors: If the Partner uses subcontractors for the processing of personal data, they will ensure that such subcontractors comply with the same data protection obligations set forth in this agreement.
7. Intellectual property All intellectual property rights related to our site and its contents are owned by Speelsbury. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of such contents without our express permission is prohibited. Similarly, the specific rights to our Partners' activities are their own. 
8. Modifications to the TCU We reserve the right to modify these TCU at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the site. Your continued use of the site after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new TCU. 
9. Applicable law and juridictionThese TCU will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. Any disputes arising from these TCU will be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
